Termination of Services

Patient-Initiated Termination

Provider-Initiated Termination

We may terminate the healthcare relationship in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of fees after reasonable notice and opportunity to pay
  • Failure to follow treatment recommendations that compromise care
  • Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other patients
  • Provision of false or misleading medical information
  • When continued care is outside our scope of practice

Termination Process

If we initiate termination, we will provide 30 days' written notice (except in cases of immediate safety concerns) and assist with transition of care to another provider when medically appropriate.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands:

  • Contract disputes are subject to Dutch contract law

Jurisdiction
